Flameproof gas detection transmitter that accepts electrochemical, catalytic (millivolt) or infrared gas sensors through a plug-in personality module. It converts the sensor signal to a 4-20 mA output with HART and can add relays, Modbus or Foundation Fieldbus, shown on a backlit display operated by magnetic switches without opening the housing.
